Tryouts will take place August 12th - 14th  from 9 AM to 4 PM at Near North Gymnasium (1450 N. Larabee)

Please bring a copy of your physical. If you do not have a copy of your physical, you will not be allowed to try out.

Things you will need for a successful tryout:
1. A physical valid through December (If you need a form, please go to the forms page).
2. Comfortable clothes, gym shoes and kneed pads.
3. A WATER BOTTLE!
4. An inhaler or any other medical devices that may be needed with physical activity.
5. A lunch and/or a snack.
6. A prepared list of all club teams and camps attended this summer.
